I have never posted a review, but what I have just experienced I find really antisocial. I just bought a beautiful painting (gift for our mother) from this shop, price 265 euros. I ask the friendly young man behind the till if he wants to pack this, quite a job, but I can't help that either. You do expect service for the amount. He starts packing, at that moment the boss comes downstairs and says: 'We will not start on this anymore, pack such a large painting, buy a roll yourself, it will take us half an hour'. I say I think that's weird, a gift shop that doesn't want to wrap a gift. But the owner insisted that he didn't want to pack it and that I should buy a roll myself. When I left the building, we saw that he was dancing with joy. Downright ASOCIAL and not customer friendly (not for the two employees, they were also perplexed). I will not come here again.
