I just lived in Zwolle with my husband. I got a lot of pain while I was (6wk) pregnant. My husband's GP wouldn't help me because he was too busy. I was still registered with my old doctor. Then I went to Takens and Zuidwijk. They helped me immediately and put them in their customer base. They then rushed me to the hospital.

I have an appointment at half past two, I arrive at the desk a few minutes beforehand to ask where exactly you need to be, then I am briefly sent outside to wait there ... Incredibly customer unfriendly

Sometimes you have to wait a long time, so you can have a consultation during the day. While there are people waiting. 1 assistant who just has to run the business. Chaotic, not customer friendly.
