Just delivered 2 packages for the first time, and 3 have been ready for me since April 10th. According to DHL. (5 days) to collect them. Due to Easter, the store was closed and opened for the first time today. Unfortunately this was not the case, there was only 1. Got an answer that they had been sent back! But this turns out not to be true at all, they are at another DHL point. Upon arrival I said goodbye but no response came back while the owner looked at me. I had to search for the register, because I am not known there. Unfortunately, the owner was very grumpy! She couldn't help them while the store was empty. She also let us know how many packages I had and also brought. To which I responded, that you unfortunately have to do this today. Of course I would have seen it differently that we no longer had to order online, but could simply shop fully! Normally we buy a lot of plants and flowers, so we planned this here. But after this first meeting with the owner for our family so not !! Too bad! But we never come here again. Can understand that it is busy at this time, but don't take it out on your customers. 😄

A number of times I brought packages to this DHL ServicePoint, but unfortunately the owner reacted with derogation that the packages would never be accepted again. I found the way the owner said that very strange, because I was always neatly helped in this store.
