Jan de Schilder is certainly a good painter. He mainly does sanding in the evening hours when his neighbors are bothered by this. After a phone call, Jan promised not to start the heavy sanding immediately at 8 a.m. on Ascension Day, but around eight the circular saw went on immediately. Anything but fair and friendly.
