Please adjust the times on the internet. That way people come for free!
An important point in the small town of Genemuiden. The people are direct and open. Something that may take some getting used to for many people, but which I have certainly come to appreciate. They have a chat with everyone and are interested, something you don't see much anymore these days. In the shop I often see the somewhat older resident having a chat. That's the way it should be. The items they have are unique and of very high quality.
Can buy nice things
Customer-friendly service. Packages that one wants to send have to be repacked more than often, despite the regulations saying otherwise. A letterbox package that I wanted to return exactly as received (so it fits perfectly through the letterbox slot) suddenly does not fit with The Readshop and therefore has to be repacked (against all regulations). Always the same...
