At first I thought great. However, of the 7 packs of A-grade pine, I was unable to use 4 planks (1 pack) due to huge cracks or holes in the middle of the planks. I contact them and they are told I can pick up the boards somewhere a 40 minute drive from my home. That is too absurd for words. If you deliver something, you take responsibility for it and ensure that replacement planks are delivered to your home. And Jan Beens and Mrs. Beens give 5 stars. So those reviews aren't misleading stars.

Jumbo Parquet from Genemuiden has laid my floor extremely poorly. After a year, over a width of 7 meters, I had more than 11cm shrinkage and cracks more than 2cm! In itself very sour but I think you should always give someone the opportunity to fix a mistake. Well, I knew that .... The photos show how Jan and his son helped to smother my entire floor. Of course I think this tinkering work, but Jan Beens casually indicates that he can do nothing for me. I have now decided to take the legal path because, according to the expert, an inadequate service has been provided. We will see... Watch out for these cowboys because they work with multiple company names that fortunately always are located in Genemuiden.

What a drama! Only use cheap crap. Pry the wood parts together with a crowbar. My wall damaged at the baseboards. Adhesive residues and sealants everywhere. Then they come with paint from the Action to make it a bit presentable again. When I indicated that this was not possible, I was told that "there was nothing left to do". Service is 0.0.
