Cozy place with only a few tables. Not suited for large groups. Due to its popularity, a reservation is needed - I suggest doing this days in advance. Excellent food and wine. Spectacular service. Make sure to bring cash. Highly recommended.

Great Spanish food on the island of Texel

Casa Molera has a homely atmosphere and pleasant owners. The food is excellent as well as the wines. We took as much of all the goodies as possible, such as smoked sheep cheese, chorizo, bread, aioli, lamb croquettes, blue cheese / endive croquettes (also for those who don't have blue cheese), dried tuna with tomato (delicious!), Meatballs etc. To finish we had coffee with Turron, delicious sweets from Spain. You should not miss this restaurant, but make sure to book in time!
