We had made a reservation for a particular table (as we would bring along our dog) and when we showed up at the agreed time our table was gone and the staff was not willing to fix the issue. During breakfast the staff showed no interest in the wellbeing of their clients and were pretty rude.

We came in asked if they had a table for two people they called out but pick one .. (which we said haha ​​place was) it was early in the afternoon +/- 17.30 Beverage was served Then she came to you here to eat wall you have not reserved to which I answered, that's what we come for. Did I already get a grumpy face, which I was already ready ... Food was included nothing customer friendly !!!!! Food was put on the table honest food was really delicious !! But the service really is a - 10 !! 😔 that's why we never go here again. Unfortunately.

This was the first x that I ate so terribly bad .. I got something replacing some bread with herbal butter I didn't dare to do. For dessert we ran away .. An average snack bar deliver better food, you're embarrassed Fletcher!

Very bad restaurant! When booking indicated that 1 person had to eat gluten-free, we were promised no problem, we were asked again on arrival, no problem! For main course we got 1 dish of French fries and doubted about gluten-free, inquired and was first said: fries are always gluten-free right? We: not if, for example, croquettes are also baked in the same fryer, oh no, it is certainly not gluten-free, ok what do you have as an alternative? There is puree, it was said, later when we were ready we still got a bowl of fries, but trust was already gone. In short, do not eat here if you have celiac disease!
