Fast repair and quotation in advance
Earlier I had bad experiences with making my Breitling at a jeweler in Breda. I had taken my watch away for a service turn, the jeweler called me with the message that the glass would be torn, the case of the watch would suddenly no longer be good, etc. The costs would suddenly be € 1500.00. Obviously I have not done and then turned out that nothing was going on. Felt really cheated by an official jeweler in Breda.
Now I really had problems with my Breitling because he just didn't do it anymore, I started googling for a reliable watchmaker. Ben then released on Jan Ubels in Bredevoort. Located 170 km from Breda.
Went there today and was received very friendly. I was immediately offered a cup of coffee and he immediately went to see what was going on with my watch. This surprised me because with my previous experience in Breda I had lost my watch for at least 3 weeks.
Anyway Jan immediately began to pick out the parts on a very professional way, after some searching, there appeared a screw to be broken. He replaced the screw and immediately started to put it back together.
He returned with the message I watch it as well and wanted nothing for it. Did not know what I experienced, what an incredible service. With much pain and effort I was allowed to give him € 25.
Jan has a regular in any case and will definitely advertise him. Thank you Jan
Have a golden Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day-Date interior maintained by Jan Ubels, is perfectly done. Also completely polished and all scratches were gone. President bracelet was also completely polished, is like new, with the matte and shiny links. There was a scratch in the glass, new glass was placed and finally: water resistance test.
With my wife's Cartier, ditto. Jan Ubels is a true professional and also gives a professional explanation. Perfectly fulfills his agreements. Highly recommended.
