We are returning customer, after trying many other hotels on Texel before. We enjoy the hospitality of a family run hotel in a nice location. The kitchen is great and the rooms are cosy. Ask for a garden room on the lake side.

The single best hotel on the entire island. Always nice, always clean, incredible breakfast, awesome dinner... Absolutely recommended and a secret tip for everybody visiting the island! Aaaand the most adorable goats on the entire planet 😊

Amazing stay! Breakfast and dinner included this hotel is gorgeous. The area around is nice and very silent (so to be said) however you'll reach the next town and the beach within 10-15 minutes. Great hotel for a short trip or even longer. Total recommendation!

I really loved my stay at Hotel Tatenhove. The room was nicely sized, clean, and well appointed, and the hospitality was top notch, from the housekeeping to the delicious breakfasts. The location is perfectly situated on the island, and we appreciated the bike rentals available directly from the hotel, and enjoyed the aviary they have on the front lawn. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves back on Texel!
