I went there to close my account before leaving the country for a long time. Although I explained them that I have a flight later that day, they asked me to come back 2 hours later because they had “their own things” to do. BTW I was the only customer in the bank. Really bad service. Save your time and go to another bank, ING is around the corner.

The worst office of ABN Amro that I ever visited. What a horror. ABN Amro closed all office in Ijburg, zeeburg and Oost and it is becoming a worst category bank ever. Really sorry after to bank with them for more than 25 years!

If I could give 0 I would have. The woman behind the counter did not have a face mask on (other branches do) and clearly did not feel like working. They have splash screens but you are meters away from them so how can they read something from my phone and no I am not obliged to hand it over as we are hiding behind covid anyway. No one was there and yet they say I have to make an appointment, even though the website says that I don't have to make an appointment. Glad this office is closing in March.
