Good, cheap, and easy access and service. Not a Fraud for sure! If it helps you decide to open an account here. At first, I was afraid to trust if I could keep my money there because of a google comment; they deserve to put this complement here after using Bitsafe debit card in stores, at ATM taking cash, and transferring money online without any trouble. The support team of Bitsafe is extremely doing the best they can give. I didn't expect that they can fix the error I encountered while verifying my account. You did a great job!
Responsive and accurate, never a problem. The fees could be a little less, considering everything is automated now, they shouldn't be taking as much out as they do for a simple transfer. But overall, a good experience so far with them. I do not do the debit card, I do ECH transfer, direct to my bank account in the USA. It takes a few days, it is not immediate. That really isn't a problem for me, though. Thank you for your great customer service, too, I generally have answers the next business day when I inquire.
