One of the smaller locations. For a mediamarkt, the assortiment is pretty limited. The staff are salesmen who just tell you what you want to hear and praise every product they have. A good store nevertheless, they have all basic electronic necessities. Helpful, kind and efficient customer service.
Staff are great here: really helpful - much better than expected.
Very bad customer service. Don't reply to my emails. I returned a product and added my bank account for the refund as it is clearly mentioned on their website. They replied saying they will pay me back cash when the shop open again. With this uncertain situation it might take months. I asked to pay me back to my bank account (as they asked for it) and ask for an indication about when they wil open. But clearly they don't care about the customer. The customer experience is bad. There is no empathy.
I have just read the many bad comments and reviews. I will never will buy from them anymore.
PLEASE DONY BUY ANYTHING FROM MEDIAMARKT is you don't want to have such a bad experience as many other people.
First waited 30 min before someone could help us, then waited 30 mins at the register. Only one was open and there was a mega cue. People are not so friendly and really stressed. This mediamarkt used to be so much better!! Now they made it half the size and there still are not enough people working here ...
Just another general electrics store. Nothing special nothing bad.
