Very friendly and efficient. So far the best auto-garage customer service in Amsterdam!
Came to have some lights exchanged. Afterwards one of the headlights was blinding other traffic. Went back and they set the lights but forgot to set the electronic height adjustment in the cockpit to neutral, so now both lights were way to high and the automatic adjustmen unusable. Very unprofessional. I will not be back.
Drove to KwikFit for APK service. I was received by the manager with an agressive sales pitch, hoping my car would have an issue (faulty lights, oil level etc... Rude and unprofessional manager asked me to wait outside despite being raining and cold weather. I was also told I would receive a call within an hour in regards to the status of my car, never received a call from the responsible, all this while I was waiting outdoors. Highly disappointing service, I will never book a service with KwikFit.
Typical kwik fit attitude. I call 3 days ago complaining about a leaking tyre, I plan an appointment, when I get here the employee cannot help me because the appointment was to measure the tyres diameter... I mean, seriously?!
felt a bit like the 5th wheel of my car and not so friendly. maybe blame it on the lockdown, knockdown knocked out
