Barry, Samantha, Ela, Nikki, Roberto, Celio (from breakfast) and the entire team and hotel are splendid. There are no words to describe how top notch their service is, their care and attention to detail. If i have to talk about my vast experience in hotelerie, this property comes first to my attention! Oh we only stood one night for a romantic treat escape in covid times and it was a really nice experience, the staff was nice and welcoming, the room was perfect nice view over the IJ... For breakfast they gave us a paper so we can order what we wanted for the next morning and everything was just delicious, we had to go downstairs to bring it to the room. Very nice experience I would definitely recommend and would come back !

The reception team is friendly and professional. The the Assistant Front Office Manager, who was on duty during my stay, did an excellent job and went above and beyond my expectations. In these COVID- times you can see they do everything to keep the social distancing, but they still provide a great guest experience. The hotel and the room were as clean as it can be! I stayed in a Queen Superior Room and I must admit, the view was breathtaking! I was really happy. It was a room on the corner of the hotel, which means you have on two sides of the room a view. I enjoyed for many hours the lights outside during the night. For sure that I'll come back again!
