Het Broeker Huis

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant during our vacation in the lovely town Broek in waterland. We arrived there at about 8 in the evening and the restaurant was empty and there were no other guests. Nevertheless the waiter was very friendly and lighted the candles of all tables for us, also the music was very good. We ordered both burgers and they were very delicious. We really like this restaurant and for sure we come back to Broek in a few times.

Nice place tucked away in a beatiful street in Broek in Waterland. They have lego for the kids. Nice staff and good food. Definitely recommend it!

If you wish to pay 180€ for 4 persons and enjoy dry burgers that are not better than in an ordinary take away, you may enjoy this Restaurant not only because of its nice location and its friendly staff. Maybe they just had a bad day, but the food was not worth the visit. Burger meat was dry, Burger bun was just a normal broodje, tuna burger did not taste like tuna, the deserts were good but very small and the lava cake from Burger King is much more delicious. Sorry!

Fantastic little quiet palce to grab a bite. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and prices are fair, for the Netherlands. Try the flammkuchen!
