Excellent service throughout the whole Dusselsdorp BMW organization. From sales to the mechanics, everyone super friendly and deliver the best possible service. This company runned by the staff is an example what best customer service means.
Unfriendly staff. Bought my brandnew car at Oostzaan (former Zaandam) and had some issues. For windscreen wipers you need to pay 90 euro, without mentioning costs. When you cannot remove your wheels they are unwilling to offer a solution, while the car is only 3-4 years old! Eventually solved it with a universal garage, within 1 hour!
