When I had damage to my Kadjar I was referred to this dealer by central management. They could not do much and referred me to Stern car damage. As a service, Arend has closed my smashed window, while I had bought my Renault at Dijt. Class of this dealer Arend!

Friendly when you come to see a car and they can earn money from you, but if you then have questions about the side issues of the car that you have bought, they are not friendly. According to them, rust spots under the rear window on the tailgate after 5 years is due to 'crushed stone', you don't need to know about cars to conclude that this is a backward statement. As soon as you have a technical question about Renault that they cannot earn money from, they will not help either. Perhaps also because the knowledge is not in-house, since the statements on this issue were also incorrect. For the rest, I still enjoy driving Renault.

Dear reader, If a plastic ornament of your roof rack blows off your car, if you are driving it on a motorway, it is an unpleasant message to hear that you have to buy 2 roof rail hoods, because they do not want to be stuck with one. Car engine lease 4 years have no mechanics so may rent a car 35 euros per day from Adrie who now sl a week no mechanic. Super bad service
