Bought a car at Nerex for a lot of money with the agreement that a number of things would be fixed. A week later I could pick up the car. The car was dirty inside and out. Especially the rims and the interior did not look good. The stains in the interior were wiped off with a cloth at the last minute, but too late. The first moment of 'picking up a new car' was already ruined. Also, the ugly license plates with advertising were still on while they would be replaced. The service at a BMW dealer was also not carried out. We would make an appointment for this, as well as for the repair of the rims. Once you have left the company, you will not hear from the seller anymore, while he is the one who still has something to finish. Every time I had to go after the service and wheels. Ultimately, the turn would be carried out at the bmw dealer in Amstelveen, but through the location determination on the app I could see that my car was at some universal garage. After I had to call herself afterwards, she told me that BMW had no time that day, so my car went to another garage without consultation, so that my digital maintenance booklet is no longer correct after the first turn ... I also had to wait a long time to repair the rim and make many calls myself. There is absolutely no question of service! Things like this should be arranged, especially for this money! My wife bought a Kia for half the money, but service wise she's been served 100 times better! At this company the friendliness is gone as soon as you have pinched, for some aftercare you have to constantly chase them.
