Absolutely terrible. Staff can’t comprehend basic requests. Is rude and too inept to do their job. Avoid by all means. Wouldn’t recommend. Save yourself the trip and stay home to recover.

I have been going to this medical center for over fifteen years now, and have nothing but praise for the way it operates. Efficient, friendly staff. GPs who go out of their way for their clients. Everything conveniently under one roof.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional reception staff which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. A GP's should be a welcoming place, not somewhere they shoo you away within seconds on entering!

Very bad practice you are not taken seriously and the assistants are all anti-social and very rude on the phone They have to tap them for training, maybe they will behave Nothing is done about it as can be read in all the real reactions ... not even worth 1 star, mainly by the assistants
