What a poorly organized practice for the 4th time in 8 months stood at the pharmacy where no prescription was delivered

Great practice. I think Dr. Bernts is a great doctor. The assistants are helpful and often rectify technical errors without grumbling by, for example, sending a recipe that has not arrived by fax.
