No leniency at all and correct handling! Delivered product of very poor quality! This review is based on truth! I no longer care about getting money back or a plant. It is about the principle of how to treat a customer with sincerity! How to live in and / or apologize for the inconvenience! All this has not been found at all by telephone and email contact. Even in the response to my review there is some empathy, only self-defense. For the sake of clarity, this was a gift for an important person in our life who turned 65. I have had telephone contact 1 time, then I have emailed through 1 photo and I had 1 email back, after which I sent several emails. After this, I no longer heard from the company through telephone and / or email contact. After this I tried unsuccessfully to get telephone contact several times during opening hours. I have therefore not received any offer concerning the recovery of the amount of money or another plant, until I read that in the company's response to my review. Me and my husband have bought our flowers and / or plant gifts here for special occasions every year since the company opened. If we are not regular customers or loyal customers in this regard. We were happy to come here, and therefore think it is a shame that this happened!

It is nice that there is a shop in Oud-Noord where you can compile a bouquet yourself from nice, fresh flowers. And the funeral piece that you provided for us yesterday was beautiful! Thank you, Jolanda!
