I have placed an order and paid via IDeal. Received confirmation of order but so far no more responses not even to messages, e-mails ... so far have not received my order yet.

Trousers, shirt and tunic ordered.Order received 2 weeks ago.With the order was a note that the tunic was no longer available.I would get the money from the tunic back, but have not received the money after 2 weeks and am meanwhile three emails further without response back
