Great library to study if (and only if) you go after child play hours as sometimes you will have to share the space with lots of small children who also deserve the space for reading and playing (which can be quite noisy)
It s small and very noisy (children crying and playing) , looks like a cheap shelter for people that don' t have anything to do ,parents are dropping children after school , also some adults chatting like in a cafè , not a library but a social center
