Good and affordable hotel, nice breakfast atmosphere quiet and peaceful music with a nice view on the river. Rooms are a bit small and if you are always cold like me you should get an extra blanket (February). There is a heater in the room and air conditioning.

Great ambiance,reasonably priced. If you want to enjoy the madhouse of Amsterdam Centrum and then escape to a nice relaxed atmosphere this is the place to be.
Sure, you get the occasional footfalls above of other guests and staff, but hey, it's a boat built in 1911, it has it's quirks. But remember, guests,( there aren't many with 12 rooms), are probably like you, seeking a quiet haven.
There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance and the free ferry to Amsterdam Central Station is a 5 min walk and 15 minute ride.
They have a great, friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I was really disappointed of the customer service.. We booked two nights and we weren't able to come because of the weather situation in Europe so they canceled almost every flight to Amsterdam. So I wrote to massages and nobody replied. And the I talked to a men this Monday and he didn't react at all. I mean it was force majeure.. At Least I expected any reaction or a solution for that. Thank you for no helping in that special case.
Exceptionally nice riverboat hotel with the flair of the 1920s. Really lovely crew and good breakfast.
