Last Saturday I sat on the terrace at Bar Bouet with my best friend for dinner. How we enjoyed! We took some small dishes to share while enjoying a bottle of white. Oysters, artichoke, fresh mackerel, tartare and chicken liver parfait with brioche have all been on the table. It was very well cared for, the layout of the plates was beautiful and everything was fresh. Delicious were also the pickled vegetables, which were on the plates with some dishes. The service was sweet and present in the background, which I always like very much. Thank you for this wonderful evening! We will come back soon.

One of the few restaurants in Amsterdam, where Estaminet Pils is sold. Next time I will also stay for dinner. Controls are pros. Makes it even more fun to live in Amsterdam Noord.

As far as I am concerned, the hotspot for this summer. Delicious food, fantastic wines and a beautiful terrace!
