Via holiday auctions and hamman treatment for 2 persons and private sauna visit when booked by phone. Friendly help by telephone and email traffic went quickly. Hammam treatment was nice. Never had 1 but nothing to complain. Steam sauna was good. Had a facial mask. We skipped her mask. Private sauna looked nice. Jacuzzi was nice and warm and you could lie in it. Feet bath with the fish was a fun experience. Inside sauna was new. Outside the sauna is a infused sauna that you can do yourself. Herbal water smelled very nice. Shower is a rain shower. We got tea and coffee. And have ordered toasts. Everything was taken care of. Kindly received. Staff respected privacy.

booked through holiday auction, the first mail contact was already difficult and extremely abrupt !! finally went out anyway .. the entry was okay .. the ladies were nice. (you can rent towels and bathrobes) is a good option but pricey. once inside it felt fresh, as said before the welcome drink was really a cheap juice and drinking from the minibar is expensive, there is a bathtub where you can not sit on the temperature (this is much too cold) we were in it and it water smelled and suddenly brown stuff drifted through the water !! super dirty .. the shower is way too small and the sauna outside smells huge if you pour water on it because there is a dirty perfume through t water. the expressed butts of the predecessor were still in the flower box !! we have skipped the masks etc. and left after 30 minutes! I would certainly not go here !!! dirty affair and your complaint via e-mail will not be responded to!

Nice reception! With a drink from a carton in a plastic glass and a bowl of nuts. The changing room was in a massage treatment room with 1 chair, is not really convenient with 2 people. The hamman treatment is really not an original hammam. The facial was a dark ointment and the hair mask smelled nice but whether it did something to my hair? After the "hammam" you have to take your thin towel (which became damp during your treatment) to go back to the massage room through a cold corridor to take a shower alternately. Due to the massage tables in the room, it is not really convenient to get to the shower. There is only 1 chair to sit on. It is not comfortable to get dressed at a high massage table. There is no socket at the mirror and washbasin so you cannot blow-dry your hair there (there is a small hairdryer) The floor was still wet from the predecessors ... so I walked the rest of the day with a wet sock. Maybe the sauna area is nice (I haven't seen it) Not worth repeating for me, unfortunately. I expected more from it. The hostess was very friendly, but you don't really come for that!

It was a very nice experience to relax here. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and there was a relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely come back here and I recommend it to everyone.
