Had to get to the train station for international travel early in the morning, thus made a reservation online. Received a confirmation on my email. I assumed that taxi will be waiting for me in the morning,unfortunately no one was there. When I called the customer service number I had to wait for about 5 min to be connected. The phone was picked up by a person who sounded as if I just pulled him out of the bed and he said that they havent received any reservation.

Always on time and reliable.
Called for a taxi. Called again within two minutes to cancel the taxi. This was possible. More than fifteen minutes later, a driver comes to the door. I indicate that I canceled immediately and that the operator indicated that this was no problem. The driver stays at the door at 5 am and refuses to leave until 15 euros has been paid. The driver becomes threatening and says he knows where we live and is not going to let it go.
