Went there for Toyota recalling of an Airbag. Very friendly and professional. Was impressed by how well they managed the covid rules. Can't say anything about quality of garage as car was not in need of repairs.
Very attentive and helpful! I bought a used VW from them and unfortunately there appeared to be an issue within a week. I got in touch with Niels who sold the car to me and he was very quick to respond and arrange a visit for me. The car was fixed within less than 2 hours - exceptional customer service! I highly recommend Toyota Louwman Haarlem!
Great, honest Toyota dealer
Very kind and professional service. They call you every year for the APK. They give good estimation of costs before they fix it. They have a good system to confirm the appointments. And you can get free bikes when you leave your car or rent very cheap a car for the day. I come here every year and no need to return for anything. Love Toyota reliability and service!
Went for the yearly check of my car. They were pushing me to get maintenance packages for more than 100€. I refused it and my car didn't pass the check. According to them the numberplate was not mounted correctly. Last year (and all the years before) the car has passed the check with the plate mounted in the same way. Last year the check was performed here too! Bad way to punish customers who doesn't want to buy your maintenance services!
