After a first visit to Broekhuis, I indicated online that I was interested in a test drive with an Audi Q7 and a valuation of my own car ... See photo. Despite a confirmation in my mailbox, nothing more. After 2 weeks I called myself last Friday to Broekhuis Haarlem. My message never got to the sale. But made an appointment for a test drive and appraisal yesterday 14.30. When I arrived at the show room at 2:30 PM, a salesman was sitting there talking to a couple. No one else was there and he didn't pay any attention to us. After waiting for 15 minutes we left. I wouldn't be surprised if Broekhuis no longer exists in a while. The seller in question has called me, which was good and hence 3 stars.
Good service provided. Too bad the gentleman at the service is disappointed for his bad customer contact. The 1st in was: Do you have a driver's license? After I parked the car in the wrong place. Not every new customer can know that your dealer also has a parking garage.
Excellent, good clear and friendly service!
Fraudsters, want to give you a search of at least 400 euros and a repair of a few 100 euros, while I clearly state that it is a sensor. Eventually ordered the sensor for 22 euros and placed it yourself. Everything works as it should ...
