Good service. Sometimes picking up takes a little more time
The car started leaking electricity after the maintenance. They could not find the cause. With our family car, the cap of the screen-wash detergent pipe and the engine oil container remained open after the maintenance!!! Luckily due to the corona crisis, we did not drive so much. We found the caps below the rainscraper, opened the front lid and saw the oil covering the top of the engine oil container! This is a failure of quality control and could put us in a serious danger!!!

What you would expect
Great service! Very happy with everything.
Not helpful for the customer, only trying to sell you something new at twice the price.
Avoid at all costs, even for tire repair, they will try and sell you everything that is not new anymore, very subjective approach.
I went to get my tire repaired, they wanted to sell me two new tires of 300€ each, which i can see the price is only 109€.
