Last week 11-01-2021 I had contacted about a certain type of floor, I could quickly pick up these color samples in Haarlem. The day after, further settlement for the quotation and possibly planning for the laying service via email and telephone. This all went very well and the final date is available very quickly. Peter had arranged it very well!

Our floor was installed in Haarlem today. Seller was very professional. The material well (Balterio floor, full ground floor + 3 bedrooms on the first floor). The installers were very professional and friendly. Delivery on time. We find this important to mention this on the website because we are very satisfied Carpetright and their staff.
