Ordered stuff in September. Right away I received an e-mail that everything except one piece of furniture would be shipped within two weeks - with one item to be shipped in November. To the date, I have not received anything. After two months of waiting I told the customer service I do not mind everything being shipped as one package, but I'd like to know WHEN I'd receive my order. But they just stopped responding to e-mails... Avoid!

An expensive desk purchased through Designwonen that I had specifically chosen for the 3-day delivery time due to working at home. It is now 5 weeks later and still no desk received. I can understand that it is very busy and that there are longer delivery times, but Designwonen is very difficult to reach by phone, if available nothing will be followed up and there has not yet been an answer to the 3 emails I sent them in the past 5 weeks. Communication is key with customers who have to wait a long time for their order;). I strongly advise against this webshop!

Sad experience; once but never again. Delivery would be 8 to 10 working days. Ultimately - after contacting us about 8 times - the article was delivered after more than 2 months. While the supplier informed me that he could deliver directly to us immediately. And on the website it remains with the article that the delivery time is still 8-10 days. Also amazing that you are asked to share only a positive experience and if not positive then to contact them. We have already done this many times from the order to delivery.

Order placed in early December and would ship at the end of December. In the end my order was not there in February. After an awful lot of email attempts, I got the following response from the company in February: "we have reserved the item for you so that you are the first to receive it". Never heard such a laughable answer. Have I not already reserved the article in December?

I was looking for a dining table and found it on the designwonen.com website when the table was ordered before 23:00 tomorrow. I ordered the table at 10:59 PM and of course I don't expect it to be delivered the next day, but at least the day after. That has not been the case. But after several phone calls I was told that it was wrong on the website and it will take another 3 weeks. Fine, well spoken. After 3 weeks nothing, so I call again. Got a guy on the line who seemed and was totally uninterested and told me he will contact the supplier and call me back afterwards. I never got a call back. So I call again. I am then told that the table would arrive at their house this week and it will be delivered to me next week at the latest. I had to hear this story for 4 weeks. Still had to ask for one, but this was impossible. Not neat and an unreliable webshop! So instead of 1 or 2 days we were 7 weeks further. When the table was finally delivered, to my surprise, only 1 delivery person came to me cheekily. He indicates that he cannot bring the table further than the ground floor. If I wanted him to bring him to the front door it would cost me an extra tenner, but then I would have to help him .. so an extra 10 and I also have to help for that. The table top was so big that I found out afterwards that he couldn't even lift it on his own, so they already assume you're helping! In short; I received my table, the table is very beautiful as expected, it only takes a long time, they do not keep the agreements and the service is literally 0! Too bad, but I don't order here anymore.
