This is how you want to buy a kitchen! The contact with Dennis is really pleasant. Not an intrusive 'car sales conversation' but an honest conversation in which all aspects of the kitchen were discussed clearly and calmly, in which he advised us clearly - but without obligation. Dennis really knows very well what he is talking about and I am sure that we will enjoy the kitchen we bought from him for many years to come!
We had a good conversation with Dennis at the time. But scheduling appointments was difficult. He was so busy that he couldn't keep appointments, had to reschedule and just before our last appointment he pulled out that morning and let go of the assignment. This happened after we previously asked if he could give a quote or if he would rather let the assignment go. Then say immediately if we give you the opportunity to make this decision and do not let the customer hang.
Wij zijn enorm blij met onze keuken, maar vooral ook met de supergoede service die Dennis levert. Bij elke vraag snel antwoord en oplossing, en altijd bereid mee te denken. Ik zou iedereen die een mooie, praktische designkeuken zoekt zeker aanraden om met Dutch Kitchen Design te gaan praten.
