Inmiddels is het bijna 3 maanden geleden dat ik een totale knie prothese heb gekregen. Vanaf het eerste contact kwam ik in een zeer professioneel en warm nest terecht. Dr. Van Trommel is zeer kundig en een goede communicator. De opname en operatie verliep uitermate voorspoedig. Dit zijn dè experts, dat merk je in alles! Inmiddels “ loop” ik weer 18 holes en ben 100% pijnvrij, een gevoel dat ik bijna niet meer kende.. Note: 2 keer per week sportschool voor de ingreep is een aanrader of beter nog een must!

My operation went very well, very nice people who help you and a good recovery. Within 4.5 weeks already on the bike and walking went well from week 2 after the operation.

My health insurer Zilveren Kruis recommended the KneeClinic to me. On September 4, I was operated by dr. V. Trommel in an upper IJ hospital, I received a full knee prosthesis. I am happy with the advice from ZK and the relaxing Dr. who helped me. Now 6 weeks later, I am on the wl to have my other knee replaced. Recovery is going well

March 2020: On the advice of a good acquaintance (also a satisfied KneeClinic patient) I came to the KneeClinic. After a clear intake with Dr. On March 16, 2020 (day before the Corona lockdown) he provided me with a new whole knee knee prosthesis. Quote from Dr. Van Trommel: "I can give you the very best prosthesis and surgery, but if you stay on the couch after the procedure, nothing will come of it." Point of attention. Reception and stay at the operation location was excellent and efficient. After the procedure, I was accompanied by the care team with excellent care and all the attention until the discharge the next morning. Compliments and thanks to the entire team for the good care and guidance. Aftercare during the Corona period was also very good. Even outside office hours and on weekends I was asked how I was and if there were any additional questions. I was able to recover well in peace and after four weeks from the exercise bike I stepped back on the road bike through the North Holland polders to get my fitness level up again. Now, 4 months after the procedure, I am extremely satisfied with the result and can recommend the KneeClinic to everyone. Care at TOP level.
