In itself a great store, but had a very bad experience when we brought a watch to have the battery replaced (watch was also bought from Lucardi). Note: watch still looked like new, no scratches, etc. After a lot of messing around, the employee informed us that the hair would not work, and that the watch then had to be sent, was immediately put in a bag. When my husband went to pick up the watch again there was a very deep scratch on the back, he said something about this. According to them, this was the case before he was sent, it was now in the notes. My husband then explained that another employee had been working on it, so the scratch must have arisen then. They deny this of course. Did not feel nice, our confidence was really gone then. He had to do his best to convince them of the truth. While an employee has thus concealed that she has caused damage .. I think this shop is fine for buying jewelry, but absolutely not for repairs / battery replacement.

Today, May 2, 2020, I brought an old watch to have the battery replaced. A blonde girl was going to help me. It was taking too long and I said to the girl: if it is difficult please stop it, I don't want the watch to be damaged. Then she stopped and I got the watch back. On the back there was a scratch that was not before. Really disappointed. They have lost a customer for sure
