I wanted to buy a ring as a present, this shop has a great variety of jewelry. However the personnel was really bad. Terrible service, the ring was not in the size I needed so the employee told me she would have them call me the next day to let me know when I would get the ring in the right size since she told me another Siebel store did have that exact size. I never got the call, went there a week later to be told that the ring does not even exist in that size and that is was way more expensive than the price tag said it was. There are also no money back guarantees, only a gift card.

Walked in Saturday morning to try on rings. Made an appointment for the same afternoon. When we arrived we were told (in an empty place) that it was now too busy and that we could come back a few days later. When we later returned to cancel that appointment (still in an empty store) the saleswoman was not there. It was 'pick up something'. However, she was just calling and smoking next to the store. Much too busy indeed.
