This guy is a scammer. Do NOT use his services, ever. Unless you want to lose a lot of money. He still owes us 380 euros, never returned to our house to finish his repairs, never answered texts, and blocked our phone number.
We got another installatie service to finish the repairs now, and turns out Brian even lied to us regarding what was broken with our CV ketel. Nothing of what he charged us to "repair" was actually broken.
In 2028 Brian had a central heating boiler installed with a guarantee and an inspection that I paid for. This gentleman can no longer be reached by telephone or by e-mail.
The Chamber of Commerce cannot reach him even though he has a Chamber of Commerce number.
In other words, a big scammer and above all don't do business with him.
BEWARE: Brian van 't Oever is an ordinary crook! Passes by as a licensed plumber but unfortunately "invents" defects and then charges several hundred euros. End result: still a broken boiler and a lot of money lighter.
I have filed a complaint and am going to court - I call on the others here to do the same because this stinky scam must STOP.

The worst plumbing company in the Netherlands. Be careful with their service because that is literally on the doorstep. We have had a new CV installed, but we still have to put a container under the hose because it is not connected.
We also have a maintenance contract but they just don't come along to fix it.
So be warned not to go into the sea.

Totally incompetent guy who doesn't live up to several simple agreements. We have paid but still no solution after 2 months despite many contact attempts. Mr. is a bit simple I fear. Unfortunately. It is not all that difficult.
