My partner and I took out lunch today from The Hive. Food was excellent (ordered salad and a sandwich) both were lovely. Healthy and fresh! Will definitely be returning soon to try the coffees and sweet treats. :)
Lovely cafe! Delicious and healthy sandwiches, salads and homemade cakes. Great coffee. Friendly staff. Beautifully decorated. And to top it off, they also serve a good cause: they support bees. Highly recommended!
Fantastic cafe in Haarlem, between the old town and the train station. The purpose/theme of the cafe is bees and bee-friendly, hence the name. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, outwardly and attentive - some of the best service I have experienced. The food menu was easy to understand, and the dish I had tasted amazing. Clearly prepared freshly and to a high standard. Same goes for the drink menu, and the lemon-honey iced tea I ordered. Presentation was immaculate. The environment inside the cafe is nice; feels clean, modern and spacious. There are seats outside, and a further range of items including alcohol is also available. Definitely worth visiting!
I purchased a beautifully wrapped gift here, they were so kind and helpful I'd love to go back again! Amazing customer service :)
One thing I can say is this place is a must for those looking for a good breakfast/lunch place. They focus on honey products as well as raise awareness on bees and their importance. Top must try is their honey cheesecake. It is perfect.
