Nice shoes, great service. But as a manager you do not ask the people who stand under you clearly understandable in front of customers where that cash difference of 20 euros comes from and then say after the answer that you know because you have figured it out. Not enough for this leading lady on Sunday 11 October around 1:30 pm. Very good response from that guy who then helped us very well with a production error.

1st time ordered online. Contrary to what was advertised, the store did not want to accept the shoes I wanted to return. 10 minutes before closing time I was referred unfriendly to post.nl.
