We have ordered an expensive stokke steps high chair at BabyPlus with a delivery time of 1-4 days, but then 2 weeks later we still did not receive a high chair. We are getting 0 updates about the new delivery time, so I hope we will receive the high chair at all.
Travelled from Amsterdam to use this store and was amazed by the fantastic service given by the staff. They were extremely patient, friendly and helpful. They never used Mastercard gift vouchers before and the system wasn't set up to use them, instead of turning us away they called help line and figured out how to use them. Special thank you to Marlies who made sure we walked out satisfied.
The store employees are very friendly and helpful.
I had to exchange a cart due to a defect from the manufacturer and since I was due to arrive at closing time I asked if they could put it together.
They did and thank you again for that.
Unfortunately there were some errors from customer service, but they cannot do anything about that in the store.

What a fantastic service from Baby plus!
We were looking for a Bugaboo fox for our first child and wanted to order it at the bugaboo webshop itself, unfortunately it was not in stock and we received no information whatsoever about re-stocking the stroller or service to find a solution for this stock problem with their :(
Until we found a baby shop and they even helped us, even when parts of the car were out of stock, with the order. Thanks baby shop and Tim in particular! You have not only ensured that we can receive our favorite pram, but you (especially me) have saved a whole lot of gray hair! :)
Keep it up! Like you, there are few!
