Preferably 0 stars ... wait 3 seconds at Alkmaar Noord station, leaving a girl with panic attacks behind. We asked if she could wait 1 second but the door was closed in front of her. The conductress pulled another girl into the train, despite Corona. The girl had a panic attack and the conductress laughed. And then wait 5 minutes at the other station. Very angry and very disappointed. Take a moped next time

Station is completely demolished at the moment !! Everything is being renewed .. Also tunnel under the railway is closed! Now take 7 min to go from track 1 to track 2 !! Summer 2021 it must all be open again

I thought I'd have a nice day with friends until things went wrong at the train, we had sprinted and we were just in time (three of us then). The doors closed and one of my friends who was still outside was pulled into the train by the conductress (despite corona). She asked if she wanted to wait another 5 seconds for our last girlfriend, but hey, that couldn't. She could literally touch the train and she bumped it too. Still, she didn't open the door. My friend who stayed behind called us in a panic and had a panic attack. Run for free and jumped over a wall. Nice service again, well done. The conductor really deserves a sticker for this behavior.
