Super service
We got a new Mercedes GLC 200 from stock at Giovanni Smidt. We have been helped very well by Giovanni. We had made an appointment by phone for the showroom. We were helped by him on time. He answered all our questions and was very open to us. He took us seriously and we thought that was very important!
We could get the same car for about the same amount from the Mercedes dealer in The Hague (is also closer to us), but we chose to get the car from Giovanni, because we found him much more customer-friendly! We definitely recommend this Mercedes dealer and then of course to Giovanni Smidt!
Gomes is also ready for a small repair on Saturday. Class!

I have a question about a car, only lady did not want to help me and had to send an email
After being a customer at an MB dealer in Amsterdam for 8 years, I recently met Gomes Alkmaar and was positively surprised!
As a "new customer" with a Vito that was imported from Germany for me by another party, I received a very friendly and professional service and helped with a malfunction. Follow-up appointment to replace a part where even a leniency scheme was applied! I dare say I haven't had such a level of service from another dealer in all those years.
In any case, Gomes Alkmaar has a regular customer!
