Outstanding modern Dutch cuisine. The flavors are great and the portions are appropriate. The kitchen is slow, but that is OK because of the high quality of what they create. The menu is completely in Dutch, so bring your translation book, but the servers all speak English very well. They are also very good about handling food allergies, but you need to alert them to the food allergy.

The wait staff did their best to handle our group of English speakers. The menu had several languages, but did not have English. The wait staff had trouble translating the upscale menu. The food was very tasty and looked appetizing.
