Easy going and creative hotspot on the countryside in Bergen!
Spent a weekend at this campsite some time ago, together with friends
Nice campsite, beautiful views, close to mountains, Alkmaar, Schoorl ...
Had a nice weekend, nothing to criticize ..
Only the sanitary facilities, more than sufficient for camping guests, even in corona time.
If they agreed on cleaning this now too, I would give 5 stars
Administration not in order. Reserved but still had to provide details on the spot. Cluttered environment. Paid immediately but will be asked the day after leaving the campsite if we had already paid. If you are in risk group for corona, this is not recommended. Disinfectants hardly available.

What a great place this is! We held a 1.5 meter proof weekend here with some friends and felt the freedom we have missed so much over the past few months. The people who work here are incredibly hospitable, all of them continuously put their best foot forward to contribute to an even better stay. I've been homesick for the Amara Hoeve for 3 days, so coming back is only a matter of time as far as I'm concerned.
Wonderful place between Bergen and Alkmaar. Not a campsite like many others, but a sanctuary for open-minded and creative people. Epicureans who choose the outdoors instead of a terraced house.
