Delicious case. Make good agreements and if you have questions you will be helped. With us there was a 1 (phase) stop (behind the sealed part), they just drop by the same day, after 17:00. Isn't that gold in these times?

Be careful! Appointment made for switching on 1 plug. No details reported in advance by Köster. The job is done after 10 minutes of work. Good work has been done by the engineer. A few days later I receive a bill of € 70! (costs of the plug not € 8, - ex) Couldn't they have reported in advance what it would all cost? Had been so customer friendly. So very high starting rate and economical with information to the unsuspecting private individual.
