I recently attended a festival because my son likes samba music a lot and especially wanted to see this act. I witnessed this artist treating the festival staff as if they were dogs. Huge attitude. big diva. She also refused to let my son join in a workshop - for which I had paid a ticket for - no refund was offered even after I complained. the way you treat children sucks, you are a massive bully. Why are you working with children?

I recently saw Samba Salad at work at a huge event in Heemskerk where they directed and supervised hundreds of students from several primary schools with very diverse disciplines in dance, percussion and singing. An impressive event that really warmed me up. Upon inquiry, the group appeared to have worked at the schools for a number of days and prepared a unique part of the event with each group. They turn a primary school into a theater in one day and call it School Op Stelten. Performed by a particularly inspiring and international company of artists from the Netherlands, Canada, Brazil and Uruguay. Heemskerk was quite upset! They should do that more often there.
