Very unprofessional person. Extremely rude and can't keep a promise. He washed our carpet and bring it back in very bad condition. Later on we wanna to talk and he was keep telling I cant now I will call you later. He works black. But I will fill in complaint to all service providers to make sure he pays for what he done. He was also swearing to me on the phone.

Satisfied !!! Last week, we had our carpets, sofa, stair carpet and our floor covering in the hallway cleaned by Asya Cleaning. Careful professionals, with a lot of passion for their profession. This was really evident from all the treatments they have applied. We were still in doubt for another company, but are so happy to have chosen Asya! Will certainly use their services in the future and of course all our acquaintances will refer to you guys! Value for money super, responsive. In time for the cleaning and the delivery of the rug. Have provided extensive information with all treatments while we did not even ask for this. We had an easy idea of ​​having our carpets and sofa cleaned; but it is really a profession in itself. Our couch was quite dirty, and our cat peed on it, so it smelled rather unpleasantly like cat urine. They have removed this and our carpet, stair carpet and floor covering are wonderfully fresh. The house still smells very pleasant. We thank Adel and Baak, good craftsmen. And our pouf is cleaned for free !!! After telephone contact, the carpet could be picked up the same day, and it was cleaned twice. (it was also very dirty !!) We received a very nice video about how the carpet was treated. The rug is now back in place and looks fine and smelled wonderful again. Good company, friendly service, well done !! You have an additional customer.
