Worst company out there. Promises things that are not true, such as promises of rental vans that are not true. And the company thinks if something goes wrong with payment that a call is sufficient, even if there is no response. Then the company thinks they have done everything they can. This company is still alive in 1630, I think, as they cannot email or send a letter if there is no answer on a telephone number. If you indicate this, you will receive a cowardly and pathetic email from a general manager who talks everything equally well for themselves and claims that they are an oh so compassionate and good company. If you are that compassionate, you will respond to the complaint and you will not cover yourself with the story that you tried to call but did not hear anything. In short: pathetic company that tells lie after lie and makes no effort at all to communicate with the customer. They just do what they call “internal procedures” and make up everything. This general manager even dares to say the rule: I therefore consider your complaint completely unfounded. Totally rude and super non-customer friendly. It's that I have to give 1 star but actually they don't deserve one. Don't go here !!!!!

2 stars, because the working staff are friendly and helpful, but after 1 missed collection, we transferred the money ourselves within 2 days. You will then receive a "fine" of 18.8% of the monthly amount. Downright ridiculous and not even according to legal guidelines. Perhaps this is a fixed amount and it does not depend on your monthly amount, but it remains very customer unfriendly. Very sorry.
