I went early on a Saturday 1030 without an appointment and they took me. However my feet sat in water for an hour waiting and in the end was only able to get my feet done and not my nails because in all that wait time no one took off the semi permanent polish off my nails and I wasn't willing to sit another hour.

Never experienced such an unfriendly company. Afterwards, the price is suddenly adjusted upwards, while a completely different amount was previously agreed. And then customers are snapped and threatened to pay anyway. Incredible to treat people like that. It also seemed like this wasn't the first time they played this trick. The quality was also very poor. DO NOT GO HERE!
